At Agate Rock, we specialize in delivering rare natural mineral specimens, polished slices, and custom cabochons safely to collectors and artisans worldwide. Every shipment is treated with the utmost care, utilizing specialized shock-absorbent packaging and fully insured premium international couriers.

1. Order Handling & Processing Time

Because natural minerals require careful, secure double-boxing to prevent damage, our fulfillment process is thorough:

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed, quality-inspected, and securely packed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+7) will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday morning.

2. Estimated Shipping Transit Times

We partner with top-tier international express couriers (such as DHL Express, FedEx, and premium EMS networks) to guarantee swift, dependable delivery. Once dispatched from our curation vault, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • North America (USA & Canada): 5 to 9 business days.
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 6 to 10 business days.
  • Asia-Pacific & Australia: 4 to 8 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 7 to 14 business days.

Please note that these transit times are estimates and may occasionally fluctuate due to destination customs clearance procedures or extreme weather events.

3. Shipping Rates and Methods

We strive to keep global logistics straightforward and fair. Shipping costs are calculated transparently during the checkout process based on the total weight and dimensions of the secure mineral packaging:

  • Standard Insured Global Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight.
  • Free International Shipping: We offer Free Standard Insured Shipping on all orders over $250 USD.

4. Shipment Tracking & Full Transit Insurance

Every single order dispatched by Agate Rock includes a unique, end-to-end tracking number. As soon as your mineral package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking link.

To secure your valuable investment, 100% of our shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost to the buyer. If a specimen arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy guidelines to initiate an immediate insurance claim.

5. International Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Agate Rock operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for all international orders. Prices displayed on our storefront do not include destination import taxes, VAT, or local customs clearing fees. Any customs handling fees or tariffs levied by the destination government are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer upon the package entering your country.

6. Address Corrections & Delivery Support

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have left our vault. If you notice an error in your address, notify us immediately at support@agaterock.com before your 1-3 day handling window closes.
