FAQ
Have questions about sourcing, shipping, or customizing your mineral specimens? Find quick answers from the Agate Rock team below.
Product & Authenticity
Are all your agate rocks 100% natural?
Yes. Every specimen sold on agaterock.com is a genuine, natural gemstone formed by geological processes over millions of years. We strictly oppose and do not sell chemically dyed, synthetic, or heat-treated stones.
Why does the stone look slightly different under my room light?
Natural cryptocrystalline quartz reacts dynamically to light. We photograph our specimens under professional full-spectrum lights, often backlit or wet, to showcase their inner fortification lines and translucency. We recommend viewing your agates under direct sunlight to see their true depth.
International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship globally. We utilize premium international express couriers (such as DHL Express and FedEx) to deliver safely to North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, and Asia.
What happens if my agate cracks during transit?
Do not worry. 100% of our shipments are fully insured. If a specimen arrives damaged, take clear photos of the broken stone and the original packaging immediately, and email us at support@agaterock.com within 48 hours of delivery to claim a full refund or replacement.
Custom & Wholesale Orders
Can I request custom dimensions for jewelry cabochons?
Absolutely. If you are a jewelry designer looking for specific millimeter sizing, calibrated cuts, or particular pattern distributions, please contact our vault team at vault@agaterock.com with your project specifications.
